Having tried many other gyms before joining HyFit , I am really pleased that I have finally found a place to train where I feel comfortable. I love the friendly and supportive community, it’s a real family feel at HyFit. The overall class experience has a great team spirit which is really motivating and always pushes me harder. Danny and his team of coaches are all fantastic, and really care about your technique & progression. Every exercise/movement is regressed to suit your level, providing you with personalised coaching in a group setting, which I really enjoy.
I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with HyFit, especially as I know I will get all the support I need to achieve my current & future goals.

the coaches are so organised and helpful, always changing with the times , keep us motivated and moving forward with our training. i love the people who i train with , this gym is for anybody and everybody on any level, it doesn’t mattter what ur ability the people and coaches always welcome u.
It is something different everyday that’s what’s so addictive.
You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.
This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
